The KWS Circuit
recognizes and rewards the efforts of young athletes by connecting them with Professional Clubs, Universities and Non-Profit Organizations around the world.
The program offers quality sports training and strategic partnerships to help athletes reach their full potential in their sporting and educational careers.

The project has an initial focus on promoting the following sports at men's, women's and Paralympic level in all the countries where KWS has established Ambassador Partners and Friends
Leandro Rodrigues Silveira,
known as Leco, born in the eastern zone of São Paulo, in a middle-class peripheral region, founded KWS - Keep Way Sports, an NGO aimed at promoting sport and culture, through sports/cultural exchanges, performance for amateur and high-performance athletes, promoting the inclusion of young athletes through sports and cultural scholarships.
"I continue firmly on the path of culture and sport, believing in their power to transform society. My journey is driven by the passion to contribute to a fairer and more inclusive world, using sport and culture as tools for integration and human growth.
This is my mission and my commitment to society and to building a better future for all."

Our platform represents an essential component for the success of the project, as it facilitates the detection of talent and assists clubs and coaches in the evaluation and search for young athletes. This system is a powerful tool that adds value to the athlete selection process on the KWS Circuit.
